I received a custom imprinted mug that literally said "Your Custom Text" on both sides. The reason why I gave more than one star is because the response and promise to correct it was immediate. I will change my score if the replacement is correct and received quickly. It took 10 days for my order. Update: The replacement was correct and took 8 days to receive. I changed my rating to four because there was still the inconvenience and embarassment factors as it was a gift.
